Layla is an international and corporate facilitator, trauma-informed yoga teacher, fitness coach and breathwork and sound practitioner.

The Rose Healing Academy for Women (Monthly In-Person events, weekly classes and masterclasses) a wellness, health and personal development hub for women.

The Ancient Intuitive month-long course on healing, nutrition and yoga. Layla utilizes her training as well as her studies in university-level psychology, anatomy and social sciences.

Health is not one size fits all, it is not a magic pill, it is a way of life that is learnt. Inner Glow up means just that, that glow you get on the outside, it all begins within. One week of yoga, self-loving food and the rest that comes with it, you will feel that G.L.O.W and it won't just be post yoga sweat! Yes, you will look your best! But this about feeling your best, feeling yourself every day. Yoga will train your body to feel and look it's healthiest. You just need to let go of limits, mental boundaries halting your growth, I hear that voice "you can't", "I have had too many setbacks" "nah, I'm good" because you are afraid of your own beautiful potential to be a healthier you and even inspire the health journey of others. This is where I can relate, I have lived through that voice and I am a teacher determined to guide you in your mental growth as well as the physical.
