Yoga is not the be all and end all of my Inner Glow Up journey, but rather, and essential part of it. Yoga has made my kicks so much higher, range of motion better and endurance, longer. Let's be real glow-gis practicing meditation and being a yogi does not mean you are always calm and passive, not at all. We all come back to that inner place not just because were actually a little nuts. I am a OTF Certified Fitness Coach and FIS that trains and motivates on the daily. Fitness allows us to take our emotions, see where they come from and just let them out! Along with stealing back our inner power and WILL to change. I have being growing on my fitness & training journey since I was little but have not realized how much strength it has given me both physically and mentally and find myself pushing my limits, to meet the leveled-up version of myself that life may demand.

Not only does that workout glow release endorphins, it has been proven to produce a more positive outlook on life. REAL talk: the key to maintaining fitness goals is your MIND, your body will follow, trust me, if I did not first believe I could do a headstand or funky arm balances then I never would have even tried. Same goes for my fitness journey! I came back to fitness when I was in a dark place and it instantly gave me my power and confidence back !
